We are extremely grateful to have found Mark! From the moment we met him, we felt completely at ease leaving our dog in their care. He is extremely attentive and truly love dogs, which made all the difference for me.
During the time my dog stayed with him, I received regular updates, complete with adorable pictures, which reassured me that my dog was having a great time. Mark went above and beyond, ensuring my dog was comfortable, well-fed, and even took them on fun walks. I could tell that my dog felt right at home.
Mark is not only extremely professional, but he is also kind, patient, and communicative every step of the way. I really appreciate how much attention he gave to my dog's individual needs and preferences.
Highly recommend Mark if you're looking for someone trustworthy and caring to watch over your pet. My dog was happy and healthy when I picked him up, and I know they'll be in good hands next time I need a sitter. Thank you so much for the fantastic care!

Mark has walked my cockapoo Olly since January 2024. Olly had already lost an eye due to Glaucoma so Mark has had to be aware of any difficulties that might arise because of this which he did with professionalism and care!
Sadly, Olly lost the second eye that summer and my husband, myself and Mark all had to reassess how we would manage the new situation. It was a very upsetting time for us all!
Thankfully Mark had been able to support us with his knowledge and his willingness to adapt how he delivers the care and then offer us encouragement and ideas.
10 months later we have an extremely happy, carefree dog who thoroughly enjoys his life. Mark has played an important role in this!
I’m not sure how much Mark loves Olly but Olly certainly loves him! He waits at our door and can sense when the van is outside! He leaves our home with a tail nearly wagging off and without a backward thought!
At the end of the walk I have a dog who has been cleaned, dried and ready to sleep for the rest of the day!
An all round success I would say!

We recently had the pleasure of dog-sitting our grand-dog, and our daughter arranged for Mark from VIP Dogs to come and give him some exercise. It’s always a bit nerve-wracking leaving your dog in someone else’s hands, but after reading the glowing reviews for VIP Dogs, we felt reassured we were making the right choice.
Mark was absolutely amazing. Even though our dog had never met him before, Mark took the time to kneel down and gently introduce himself—which was so thoughtful and made a huge difference. Our wee pooch came back happy, content, and ready for a lovely nap, so we knew he’d had a proper, enriching walk.
On the second day, our little guy was thrilled to see Mark again and trotted off happily without a second glance! That said it all.
We can’t praise Mark and VIP Dogs enough for their professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals. It’s clear that Mark cares deeply and treats every dog as if they were his own. He tailored the walks to suit our dog’s needs and kept us updated with regular feedback, which we really appreciated.
We were also delighted to learn that Mark offers boarding accommodation too. It gives us peace of mind to know that when we go on holiday, our dog can be somewhere safe, loved, and—let’s be honest—spoiled!
In addition to his clear passion for animals, Mark is incredibly dependable, organised, and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Definitely a five-star experience all around.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mark who looked after our cat. From the start, he was incredibly trustworthy and dependable, always arriving at the agreed times and keeping to our instructions perfectly. He clearly formed a great bond with our cat, who warned to him quickly.
He not only fed our cat and cleaned his food and water bowls daily, but also learned what his meows meant, Mark played with him and even bought our cat toys, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our cat was clearly well cared for and entertained while we were away.
He also watered our plants and took out the bins. He kept us updated throughout our time away with regular reports and adorable pictures, which gave us peace of mind.
Extremely friendly and clearly an animal lover and very respectful of our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book him again. Highly recommend.

Alfie, stayed with VIPdogs for three weeks last month, and we couldn't be happier with the care he received. At 11 years old, Alfie can be a bit of a challenge — he's not very sociable, quite stubborn, and has a chronic skin condition. But Mark from VIPdogs was incredibly attentive and patient with him from the very beginning.
Before the boarding, Mark arranged a couple of introductory walks with Alfie, which really helped build trust. Alfie warmed up to him quickly and that really gave us great peace of mind when it came time to leave him.
Throughout Alfie's stay, we received regular updates and photos, and it was clear he was well cared for, and enjoying himself. One of the most telling signs: Alfie has walked himself back to VIPdogs a few times (we live about 25mins walk away) — a pretty clear endorsement from the dog himself!

I cannot recommend Mark (VIP Dogs) highly enough after the exceptional care he provided for my beautiful little cat during my recent long extended trip. From the start, communication was excellent—Mark sent daily video updates so I could see how relaxed and well cared for my cat was, giving me genuine peace of mind. Each visit was meticulously logged, and Mark made sure to spend quality time with my cat, understanding her shy nature and taking that extra care to encourage cuddles, as well as play sessions for my energetic kitten.
Beyond top-tier pet care, Mark’s attention to household tasks was remarkable: the bin was put out on the correct day, my mail was collected, and the living space was always left clean after each session. I was especially impressed when Mark set up a video camera so we could view if my cat was waiting outside, maintaining transparent communication and respecting my privacy at all times.
Coming home, everything was spotless, and my cat was calm and happy—a sign she’d been treated with genuine affection. Mark truly keeps both pets and homes safe, combining attentive cat care, helpful extras, and reliable video updates. He is, without question, the best choice for any pet owner looking for complete peace of mind.
