Mark has walked my cockapoo Olly since January 2024. Olly had already lost an eye due to Glaucoma so Mark has had to be aware of any difficulties that might arise because of this which he did with professionalism and care! 
Sadly, Olly lost the second eye that summer and my husband, myself and Mark all had to reassess how we would manage the new situation. It was a very upsetting time for us all!
Thankfully Mark had been able to support us with his knowledge and his willingness to adapt how he delivers the care and then offer us encouragement and ideas.

10 months later we have an extremely happy, carefree dog who thoroughly enjoys his life. Mark has played an important role in this! 
I’m not sure how much Mark loves Olly but Olly certainly loves him! He waits at our door and can sense when the van is outside! He leaves our home with a tail nearly wagging off and without a backward thought! 
At the end of the walk I have a dog who has been cleaned, dried and ready to sleep for the rest of the day!
An all round success I would say!
