Made in the UK. Pressed for VIP mealtimes.

EAT, WALK, SLEEP, REPEAT
A different way to fill the bowl. A very familiar VIP commitment.

Every day, your dog gives you their best. We believe their bowl deserves the same attention. Our UK-made cold-pressed food brings together complete recipes, carefully selected ingredients and a lower-temperature forming process.
Thoughtfully chosen. Made for mealtimes.
VIP Dogs is built around the everyday care dogs deserve. Food is part of that promise: something chosen with the same attention we bring to their walks and their stays. Our cold-pressed food is manufactured in the United Kingdom. Our manufacturing partner, Cobbydog, is a family-run producer based in Yorkshire with decades of dog-food experience. Explore our Duck, Chicken and Fish recipes, read the full ingredients and choose the one that suits your VIP.
Inside the process
Cold pressing blends prepared ingredients and compresses them into dense pellets at relatively low temperatures. Cobbydog describes a pressing temperature of 42–47°C. That describes the pressing stage, not the entire processing history of every ingredient. Our own photographs show the distinctive ridges and flecked surface you can expect when your food arrives; the full recipe tells you what is inside.

EAT, WALK, SLEEP, REPEAT
Cold pressing, extrusion and baking: what changes?
Most conventional kibble is made by extrusion: a mixture is cooked using heat and pressure, shaped through a die, cut and dried. Coatings can include fats, flavourings and nutrients. Baking is a different process, where dough is cooked in an oven. Temperatures and times vary by product: there is no single 190°C rule for all kibble.
A lower-temperature pressing stage can help preserve some heat-sensitive nutrients and natural characteristics. Ingredients may already have been cooked or dried before pressing. Cold-pressed does not mean raw or completely unheated. Heat also has a useful job: it can improve digestibility and help control harmful microbes. The finished recipe, nutrient levels and quality control matter alongside the manufacturing method.
Good food. A thoughtful start.
Our Duck, Chicken and Fish foods each contain 42% dried ground meat or fish, with vegetable ingredients, herbs, oils and added vitamins and minerals. Check the full recipe for your dog’s age and dietary needs. Added nutrients help make a food complete and balanced. They are not simply there to tempt a dog to eat, and cold-pressed foods can contain them too—including ours.
Follow the bag’s two-week transition guidance. Watch appetite, stools and comfort as you change the food. Every dog responds differently: two weeks is a switching period, not a promised health transformation. For persistent tummy troubles, speak to your vet.
